Kim T. Coon
President/CEO

Kim is an accomplished senior business consultant and a highly respected speaker. A graduate of Lock Haven University and the Pennsylvania School of Banking at Bucknell University, Kim has over 30 years of experience in education, business, and public service. Working in capacities such as a teacher, banker and Bedford County Commissioner; Kim has a successful background in sales, change management, and business development.
Prior to launching Blue Vase Consulting, Kim held several executive management positions in the United States and Canada. He has directed a national sales force, developed and implemented corporate sales strategies, and guided the development and growth of two start-up companies and a statewide online university.
Kim's executive experience includes positions with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under Gov. Tom Ridge, including: Policy Director for the former Department of Community Affairs; Executive Director, Governor's Center for Local Government Services; and Deputy Secretary for Community Affairs and Development. He has also served as Chair of the National Decennial Census Advisory Committee and is one of the founding members of the Pennsylvania Rural Development Council. Kim also served on the board of the Pennsylvania Rural Leadership Program at the Pennsylvania State University.
April Meehleder

April Meehleder is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Public Relations. She has worked in a variety of environments and led teams through a number of tough challenges. April developed many of her leadership skills while serving as a Team Leader with AmeriCorps, National Civilian Community Corps, where she led teams of young adults in anything from Wildland Fire Fighting to Disaster Relief and Recovery.
April also has experience in the corporate arena as an Executive Group Leader for Target Distribution. Prior to joining BVC, she worked with numerous for-profit and non-profit organizations to develop best practices and expand business opportunities. April mirrors the Blue Vase philosophy through her focused efforts and is our go-to person for creativity and innovative thinking.
Chaus Davids

Chaus Davids is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Literature. His success in academia allowed for his recruitment to become a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the International English Honor Society. While a student, Chaus worked in the emergency department of York Memorial Hospital, an experience that prepared him with superb communication and decision-making abilities. He also has experience working in journalism as an editorial intern at the Baltimore City Paper.
